You will be asked your parking preferences shortly before your trip starts - when vehicle is parked you will receive a confirmation with the exact location including photos and access instructions. PLEASE NOTE: Parking charges are NOT included in the reservation price. You will be charged parking costs for both pickup and return. See each location for parking fee information.
Faqs
Do I have to refuel the vehicle before returning it?
No, you are not required to refuel the vehicle upon return. Fuel level is marked upon checkout and fuel will be charged to you through Turo to refuel to the same level plus a $10 convenience fee. You may also select the Prepaid Refuel Extra available on some vehicles that includes refueling up to a full tank for one flat rate.
Do I have to clean the vehicle before returning it?
Any cleaning is always appreciated but all we ask is that you remove any garbage from the vehicle when you return it. We will handle exterior wash, vacuum and sanitization of all surfaces upon return.
Can I take this vehicle into Canada?
Yes, we allow all of our vehicles to be taken into Canada. Canadian liability insurance certificates for Alberta and British Columbia are printed and in the glovebox should they be needed.
