We rented this little EV for our two week road trip, it was such a great car and there were plenty of chargers along the way to ensure that we could get to our various destinations.

Car quality was good. Experience was terrible. No direction to car till almost three hours later. Had to find it myself

We submitted all required parking instructions through Turo’s airport parking location form, including the exact lot and row, photos of the car for reference, and a GPS pin. If you were unable to locate the vehicle despite these details, we recommend reaching out to Turo Support directly so they can review your feedback and assist with next steps.
