Was not satisfied I enjoyed the Air conditioner and gas mileage was good front bumper was falling off and brakes needs to be changed

Car was on first glance in good condition, upon picking it up this car was supposed to be a replacement for a mitsubishi outlander that had a battery light, service maintenance light" and low wiper fluid. It was dirty and smelled of smoke. Upon talking to the host they first said a replacement wasn't available, but looking online booking the host had a nissan available. When I picked it up it was clean and drove good, but after driving the 30 minutes back home I parked the car and the right side bumper was detached from the body. Throughout the trip the bumper continuously came detached, and I had to pop it back into place just to feel safe driving as the interior components were exposed. The passenger door handle was also broken. I will never rent from this host again. I feel played and scammed out of my money after they made me return the first car and didn't tell me I'd have to pay for an entirely new reservation. Overall I spent more money than the original rental and I'm frustrated as Turo support said I cannot get any reimbursement as the pickup pictures show the car being "fine". DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST.
