Car quality and cleanliness was extremely low. Car did get me from A to B.

It's a Car. It got me from point A to Point B around town, and highway. Small car but roomy interior and trunk. I needed a car with short notice, at 10pm and picked this up at a rental lot. Owner was there and said he would be there til 1am which was nice to know.
This car will not win any beauty pageants. Front windshield was pretty dirty and had to clean it off before driving off with it. There are scratches and dents on the outside, with some minor things in the interior like small holes in the driver's seat.
Car smelled fine and had air fresheners in place. Only drove it for 3 days. Price may be a little high for something like this to be honest. But it worked. Messaging/Customer support from the Owner and Co-Hosts/Employees was on point and addressed any concerns I had quickly. No major complaints. Did what I intended for it to do.

Low tire light on. Not a great aroma in car. Steering wheel sticky. Key got stuck in drivers door for several minutes. Had to drive with locked passenger window half way down for 2days. Totally soaked while trying to cover window with tarp during down pour. ECO light visible on dash on Wed. The car did run good though. AC is useless because of window .
It was a trial to find car. I could get no instructions except a 15 minute walk on road and dirt path at 01:00am. No tag on car showing license #. A van driver who picked me up on the road drove me around for 30 min plus. Bad experince!
We provide detailed pickup instructions, photos, and GPS location information for all airport deliveries. During this trip, no assistance requests regarding the vehicle’s operation, window controls, or location were received. The ECO indicator referenced is a normal fuel-efficiency feature and not a warning light. We appreciate the feedback and inspect all vehicles between rentals to address any maintenance or cleanliness concerns.
