Pickup location instructions was easy to understand and the hosts communicated quickly even before pickup/our trip started which was so appreciated! The only issue we had was the left headlight was out when we received the car. It was good for our first Turo experience.

Car was clean, no check engine or any problems. Only concerning thing is the front tires were worn
