they rented me a faulty old car . and the host was no help whatsoever . Courtney needs to be fired honestly . she even told me she wasn’t familiar with the car how are you not familiar . i have a trip i’m going on in less than three hours and all she could offer me was a white ford van like what ???? . i didn’t even get my full refund this company is so unprofessional for that and needs to be shut down fr .
The car isn't faulty. You rented a very cheap 2018 BASE car and expected to have all the new bells and whistles. Then expected a free upgrade on a weekend that we were booked out.
