The host communication was good. The car quality inside was okay, I didn’t particularly care for the outside of the car, but I blame myself for not looking at the damages online although seeing them up close and personal was a different story. The vehicle should have been repaired before listing it to be rented. I wouldn’t have rented it had I saw the damages the way it was.
Also in the mist of my driving, a piece of the plastic under carriage somehow became loose hanging down and it dragged the whole entire trip. I’m only giving it two stars because it did get me and my family to our destination and back safely.
