We had several issues on our trip with the car/communication, though it did run and drive and got us where we needed it to go. The issues were
The host only communicated that it was in lot p1, and did not give further direction on where it was. P1 is a massive lot, and we walked around for 20 minutes to find the car. I messaged him about it right before our pickup time, noon, and he did not get back to me with a specific row that the car was parked in until 11pm, well after we had already got the car.
Weird smell
The bottom of the drivers door interior is not secured, so it comes out slightly as you close the door
Small rip in the seatbelt, which makes it tough to get the buckle past that point. Also a safety concern.
Clunks when closing the door, because of the interior plastic not being secured
Something clunks on the front left when driving
Slight shake when braking at highway speed
Left headlight is pointed at the ground, right headlight is pointed way off to the side so headlights are almost useless unless you have your brights on.
When you lock the car the horn blares at 3-4 times the volume of a normal car. I don’t know if it’s an aftermarket thing or what, but it’s not ideal.
Overall would not rent this car again. We use turo somewhat regularly and this was by far the worst turo experience, both host and car, that I’ve had.

For accuracy, the reservation began at 12:30 p.m., and we responded within two minutes. The vehicle’s GPS location was available in the trip details but may not have loaded due to poor airport service. None of these concerns were reported during the trip, so we had no opportunity to address them.
