Car wasn’t cleaned properly, didn’t fully match the pictures on listing, outside cosmetic damage, air conditioner blowed intermittently. I was then accused of stealing a wallet that wasn’t even in the vehicle when in my possession. Worst experience yet.

Our employee accidentally left a wallet in the vehicle while cleaning. Surveillance footage from a nearby restaurant later showed the wallet/cards being used, and cash was missing. The incident was documented and reported.
Everything was smooth, car wasn’t the cleanest but considering the miles on the car all was perfect
