My trip ended up being extremely unsatisfactory. It began well though this is why I didn't expext the outcome to be catastrophic. The vehicle was not cleaned properly, vehicle smelled like smoke and the headlights were not working properly. The co host was not very accommodating or accepting of responsibility for the vehicle's condition. It was very displeasing to have experienced such an inconvenience with this vehicle. No alternative options were attempted to be provided, other than they immediately suggested for the car to be returned and the trip ended early not taking into consideration the inconvenience that it would have and did cause me. I hope the next time the vehicle is booked that more care and concern is taken into consideration for the guests safety and comfort.
I am very sorry your trip was not satisfactory. Under normal circumstances we would have given you a different car, however we were completely booked for the weekend, as explained. The best option was for the vehicle to be returned, and you get booked with a host that had other cars available.
