Car quality and price unacceptable

Booked a month long trip and was immediately disappointed at pickup. The cars condition did not match the pictures advertised but I needed a car that day (hence why I rented it); so I dealt with it. The front passenger side lower door panel had clearly been hit because it had pretty significant damage. On the drivers side, the lock cover on the door handle was missing as well. Then a few days into the rental, I was locked out of the vehicle because the key fob battery died. I was at dinner with my son at the time so not being able to reach the host for over a week was extremely frustrating. I later had to purchase the battery for it and was credited a 1/4 tank of gas. Shortly thereafter, the oil light came on. I understand business but general maintenance is step 1 in vehicle rentals in my opinion.
I have rented plenty of cars through Turo but I can’t say that I would rent from this host again. Body damage to the vehicles door, unable to contact host when locked out of their vehicle, lack of preventive and general maintenance…frustrating experience but the car itself drove well. So I suppose that was a plus.
