There wasn’t gas in the vehicle. Vehicle wasn’t cleaned . Vehicle smelled like cigarettes and dogs

The car was okay but could use some maintance, there were some some scratches on both sides of the rear and tear in the seat at drop off and was making a radding sound. They was 2 hr late dropping it off and communication could be better.
This is a 2013 economy vehicle priced accordingly. It is regularly inspected and maintained to ensure safe and reliable transportation. Minor cosmetic wear is expected given the age of the vehicle. The reservation was also booked last minute with a limited turnaround window, which may have impacted timing. We always aim to provide clear communication and appreciate the feedback

Ehh ill pass. He was late and had the nerve to try to over charge me for gas.
Thank you for your feedback. We follow Turo’s fuel policy, which requires the vehicle to be returned with the same fuel level as at check-in. The fuel reimbursement was submitted with photo documentation. We aim to be punctual and transparent with every guest, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve.
