Very easy pick up, used the car to run errands and it was great would rent again

This is my 3rd time renting from these guys and it definitely won’t be my last. Their customer service, communication, and punctuality are always top tier. This car in particular, was the smoothest ride I’ve had so far. Loved it.

The pickup and contact with the host went great, he responded quick and was very helpful, however the car had many issues. The passenger side sun visor was broken and just not there at all, the transmission was sputtering (from the time of pickup), there wasn’t a key fob so every time you unlocked the door it would honk, it didn’t have a real license plate, it was dirty, and on top of all that, the car it reeked of marijuana. Honestly, this car would be a 10/10 experience, if catered to the right crowd.
