The host and car were absolutely flawless. 5 stars for the host and gorgeous car. They truly couldn’t be any better, but I would never use Turo again unless you like being completely annoyed. It’s a very aggravating process, I resubmitted my license 3 times (at least), Turo customer service is beyond terrible (I’ve never rented before by they told me I had a second mystery account that somehow vanished), and it’s much more difficult than just renting a car. I’ll gladly pay more to just rent from a major rental company if it means it’s easier.
