Everything was amazing overall. Both hosts are incredible to work with and have always been responsive, going above and beyond. The battery drained one night when I forgot to turn off the headlights and they notified me in the morning just to make sure I was aware. Wonderful experience overall, car runs great! No complaints whatsoever, so much that I extended for an additional month!

Prior damage was charged to me
David extended the rental from 3 to 7 days and was quick to agree on a damage amount, seemingly to secure a positive rating. I wish the platform allowed us to upload pre- and post-trip photos as evidence. For context, the brakes were replaced less than 10,000 miles ago.
