The car quality was good. Found clean and communication with the owners was very good. The car had no air conditioning but he offered to exchange for another car but I didn’t. Good car for our trip

Pick up location at the airport parking lot was very simple. However, the rest of the rental experience was not pleasant. Coming up to the car, it was not clean outside and in. The AC was not functioning, and renting it when Michigan was 95F and with the fires does not make it a pleasant drive during that time. I tried to find a resolution with the host but communication was very delayed. I asked for a replacement but they didn't have one available so I ended up returning the car the next day.
