Car was heavily worn, no floor mats, scratched up, was not washed, exterior was dirty. Met in a lens crafters parking lot, and when I coordinated proper return, tried to charge me $50 for improper return
Guest is just upset he was charged with an improper return fee. No one else ever had a problem with the car
