The car was in good condition for the year. Inside was clean, outside had a few knicks from normal wear and tear. It was good on gas. The one negative was the keyfob battery was dead and I was told they would replace it and they never did. So every morning I had to go outside to start the car and wake the neighborhood up because when I unlocked the doors the alarm would be blaring until I started car. Good car if your simply looking for something affordable to get from point A to point B.

Let’s be clear. The key fob worked perfectly at pickup. During your rental, the key was damaged and the battery was reinstalled backward, causing the issues you complained about at 10 PM. Once returned, we corrected the same battery, and everything worked perfectly. It’s disappointing to penalize a host for a problem you created yourself.
