Had a really great experience! This was my first time on Turo and Gary made the process very easy and thorough. He is a great host with good communication and friendliness. He made sure the car felt brand new and explained its features. The car itself was very smooth, great sound system, and did not have any issues on the road. Gary’s car was in pristine condition, clean and new. Car drove perfectly and had all the ammenities we needed for a family of 5. Service (pick up/drop off) was a breeze and so much easier than waiting in the car rental lines. Gary was waiting for us in the SFO parking lot with direct access via air train to terminals. No complaints, perfect car for our trip! Excellent communication the entire trip. Would book again.
