I love using Turo and it can be stressful when communication is not great. In this case Gary was the BEST communicator by far! Car was in great shape, excellent mileage. I highly recommend this host! I will definitely rent from Gary again!

I have not rented from Turo for over a year because of one bad experience where shady hosts only care about fees and unwilling to be flexible. Vehicle is very clean. This host is also very kind and courteous after I was screwed by another host, cancelling on me at the last minute. Turo compensated me with some travel credits to use on another vehicle but it will probably be the last time or very desperate measures that will take me back to Turo.
