Pros:
- Car interior and exterior were clean and in good condition.
- host provided a lot of information
- It was useful to be able to pick up and drop off yourself, rather than coordinating with host
- fast pass was valuable for driving the 101
- Turo app lock and unlock was also useful
- was nice to have airport pickup/dropoff
Cons:
- the single most disappointing part of this trip and reason for the rating is the battery life. IDK if this is a Tesla thing, if it's the battery age, or if this car is just a lemon but it was AWFUL. I had to charge this battery probably ~5+ times despite very low total relative mileage. Overnight alone the car would lose 10% of it's charge and most of the days I was driving to and from office and hotel and doing very low mileage. Would never book this car again for that reason.
- Airport pick up/drop off was nice. What you're not told until AFTER you book is that it's at a parking lot that you need to either uber to or take hotel shuttle to. This allows for lower price but also tacks on another 30+ minutes. Would just have preferred that info upfront/before booking to plan accordingly.
- The car is kept in a hotel lot. So I got to this lot in the dark, late at night and had to trudge around looking for the car which was sketchy and annoying. Would have preferred clearer indication of where car would be parked

Hi Caroline, thanks for your feedback. The battery is working as expected—you drove 206 miles and charging 4 times in 11 days is typical for that amount of miles in a Tesla Model 3. The pick-up location is clearly stated right after booking, giving guests plenty of time to cancel if it's not convenient.
