To control volume on media gently pull on knob a little and rotate slowely. Car has its quirks and personalities, but got us from a to b reliably with a great price.

Great host, very responsive, clean car. Minor cosmetic damages on exterior but didn’t impact trip at all.

Over all there was a lack of communication from the beginning. I ended up picking the car up from a location not listed in the profile and paying for an uber. Had to call because I was not given directions after being delayed at the airport. The car itself was pretty dinged up and I had to figure out the volume because the dial didn’t work.
I was told at pick up I had a full tank. When I returned the car…. A full tank had over 100 miles more than I was given. I brought it up to the owner and instead of addressing, he asked for a five star review…
My second time using Turo and had this been my first, I’d likely not use it again. Much different experience from my first.

This was such a great car ! Location was great easy to find near some good food areas as well so perfect after coming from the airport!
