Such a fun car to drive around in! Driving stick shift is a dying art and I’m so grateful to Gregory for having this car available to rent! Super easy process to pick up and drop off. Will absolutely be renting again.

This car is a manual transmission car. The stick shifter was loose and twisting around, and then within a little while into my drive, the whole stick shifter fell off. I was driving through San Francisco heavy traffic and scrambled to get the stick shifter off of the floor and back on. I ended up splitting my hand open on the metal underneath the stick shifter while clamoring to get it reattached.
The stick shifter had a zip tie on it, yet the host claimed they knew nothing of this being an issue.
Additionally, the interior of the windows had not been washed for many months. The hazy film made it hard to see out of.
I requested a refund and the host then lodged a complaint against me to Turo.
Up until now, I have only had exceptional experiences with Turo.

Very difficult guest to work with. She repeatedly demanded a full refund after driving the car for hundreds of miles, despite being offered multiple solutions, all of which were declined. She also used regular gas despite clear instructions that this turbo MINI requires premium, resulting in a check-engine light. The trip was documented and reported to Turo. We believe this review is retaliatory. Fellow hosts, document carefully.
Very fun to drive! The host is amazing, very helpful! My second rental, will rent again in the future with Gregory and Ivetta 🙏🏻
