We had a great experience overall with this Turo rental. The shuttle service was definitely the best part—it was convenient, helpful, and made the pickup and drop-off process much easier.
We did have a little trouble locating the car at first because the host had forgotten to update the listing after the vehicle’s tags were changed. The car also could have been cleaner, both inside and outside, when we picked it up.
That said, the car itself was very comfortable to drive and had plenty of space, which made our trip much more enjoyable. Overall, we appreciated the convenience and comfort of the vehicle and would consider renting from this host again.
