Gary is phenomenal!! The car was in pristine condition and he met us in-person for check-in to make sure we were comfortable using all the features. He also very graciously granted me temporarily access the vehicle via the Fordpass app when I locked the keys in the trunk over 300 miles away. I so appreciate his expertise and kindness, he significantly reduced my stress and made the trip easy!

Gary was an outstanding host and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. The drop off process was extremely convenient for us, and the car was presented in a spotless condition upon arrival.

As for the car itself, it was fantastic. It drove smoothly, and felt great on the road. The convertible roof was a perfect touch, especially during our drive down to LA
