Great host service. Excellent vehicle. Would be delighted to be able to use again. Host was very accommodating and allowed for a couple of last minute changes to my schedule. Very satisfied with everything 😊

The quality of the car was the most disappointing. It smelled so strongly of smoke my child couldn’t be in it with her allergies and we took other transportation during our trip. The only time I used it was to drive to our destination and back to the airport. Very frustrating considering the cost and ratings of this vehicle. I knew I was taking a risk renting someone’s personal vehicle vs a rental company and I can’t say I will use this again.

I was surprised to read your comments because I checked in during your trip and you replied that everything was going well, so I wasn't aware of any concerns. If I had known about the smoke odor, I would have done my best to address it right away.
