I'm sorry the pickup wasn't as smooth as expected. I apologized for initially mistyping the location, and before your trip I sent a photo of the exact parking space, the GPS location, and my phone number in case you needed assistance.
I was surprised these concerns were raised only after the post-trip charges for the missing fuel and $10 convenience fee. The vehicle was inspected before the trip, and no marijuana odor was detected.
