I was happy to see an affordable car with easy pick up location when I needed it most. However, one day into the trip I stopped at a gas station for no more than 3 minutes and when I returned to the car it wouldn't start. No clicks no sound, nothing. BY PURE LUCK a friend of mine pulled into the same gas station and thankfully had enough money on her to BUY me jumper cables and jump my car. It is cold out and I have a young son who would have been so uncomfortable and impatient if we woukd have had to wait for a stranger to want to take the time to help us. Then anothrr day later, when we came out of target after church , the car was dead again! Both times I complained to Elias he basically accused ME of leaving a light on or some other reason for the dead battery. He never offered any refund or discount but he said he had other cars and other batteries he would either come install or switch the cars out. When I decided enough was enough and asked him to switch cars out he wanted me to make a new reservation with him at 11:30 pm and when I mentioned how completely unhappy I was and how brutally inconvenient this experience had been he decided instead of coming to switch the cars he was just going to take his car back and leave me with no way to take my son to school in the morning. I am beside myself at how completely inconsiderate that is.
Kenzie is very dishonest and clearly don’t pay attention to the lights she left on when she is away from the vehicle. I had great reviews so far this vehicle . ITS A HONDA.
When I picked the car at her Motel at night the car started right away and my tracker was showing the battery level as healthy.
