The car's radiator fluid ran low three times and the engine temperature light came on twice I was forced to stay overnight in an area I didn't want to. The car was not 100%, and the paint is peeling off of the bumper. In my opinion this car is too old for renting, need something a little newer with more dependability. I had to spend $48 on antifreeze just to keep this thing moving!!!! Never going to rent from this guy again
It is not the guest’s responsibility to purchase coolant. But it is to contact Turo and Host per Turo’s policy. A Swap is the correct action. The coolant issue was only revealed after trip completion. Also: Paint peeling is not an age issue but prior, minor guest damages that were not reported, unfortunately. Prior to this rating/opinion guests have really enjoyed this car and gave it 5 stars. Turo asked Host that the coolant issue is reported as mechanical damage, so Host did (as Guest did not)

Pickup and drop off were easy, and the host was responsive on all questions. The car got us where we needed to go.
We did notice a little shake, especially in the cold weather.
