All went well however the car has 181,000 miles on it and is in need of serious maintenance. The struts/shocks are shot, the car is banged up pretty well;, you feel every bump in the road, possibly typical for the age and mileage. The headliner is falling down. Car is not of the quality expected or shown in the photos. Rear bumper is banged well and missing paint. Front wheels are also well rashed from hitting curbs.
This car has been receiving 5-star reviews until this point and has been booked back-to-back all summer. We are proud of our 99% 5-star ratings: we provide swaps, alternative vehicles to all of our guest as soon as an issue is raised to Turo/Host. There was none, until this review which we call out as retaliation 1) for not complying with guest's Hotel drop-off ask (against Turo policy) 2) for a bruised ego when sharing a 12+ year-old car with travel partner. Shot/failed strut was not reported.
