Host communication was great, the car itself had some issues. Peeling paint not featured in listing photos, brakes were very touchy and there was a large gouge in one of the tires that made it a little more nerve wracking to take on a longer drive. Overall, the car ran well, had good gas mileage and once we figured out how to connect to CarPlay with cords we had brought the trip was much smoother.

Noted, will research all items. Car has been booked back to back all summer and we prefer not to cancel trips and let customers down. Since this review the car has continued to get exceptional reviews, like the one today (8/6/26): “Outstanding rental.”
At time of booking, we do ask guests to reach out with ANY concern. Most guests do that. We were slightly disappointed that during this trip that did not happen. We are able to swap to another car in most cases if there is a performance issue.
Pickup and communication was easy and well done. Car was solid and didn’t have any issues!
