I’m sorry you struggled with closing the windows completely. When you wrote me regarding the loud windows, I did guide you to be sure to shut the back windows completely and then the front and you responded a second later without enough time to retry that they were shut. When you returned the vehicle, the back windows were, in fact, not completely shut by 1cm. Pls follow host instructions before leaving bad reviews. No guest complaints on the windows before you rented or with any renters since.
