First Of all great trip, I had this car for a week and I absolutely had no issues. The owner let us know all the mechanical upgrades he did to the vehicle , and it drove great, and it has good gas mileage too. The car was clean and he put a full tank of gas in it, so the pickup was great. The owner extended grace to as I was a little late dropping the car off. He was a very nice guy and communicated very well via the app. This was my first turo rental and I give it a 5/5.

Gave me a car that had major issues but dismissed them as dashboard lights and nothing to worry about. I would have returned it earlier if I didnt need a car.

The vehicle did not have any major problems to it. It had an indicator for a clock spring, which is for the horn and it had an indicator for the tire pressure monitor system.(TPMS) as one of the sensors is dead. The vehicle came back with damage on the passenger side and the front bumper loose As if it was involved in some type of minor accident. So I am not going to put blame on this vehicle solelyz We are monitoring it and checking on it and will make sure it’s 100% ready to go soon.

I had a great experience renting this Volkswagen from Skyler Auto. The renter was extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I booked the car before my flight into Chicago from California, and everything was smooth and simple—even with a same-day rental.
The vehicle was beautiful, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. Pickup and the entire process were seamless. I’ll definitely be renting from Skyler Auto again the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!
