I had an excellent experience renting this car! From the very beginning, the host went above and beyond to make everything easy. They gave me clear directions to the parking location and stayed in contact with me late at night to make sure I found the car safely. They were even texting me until around 1:00 a.m. to make sure everything was okay, which I truly appreciated.
Returning the car was just as easy. They explained the drop-off process clearly and answered all of my questions. The communication throughout the entire rental was outstanding, and they were always kind, patient, and helpful.
I couldn't be happier with my experience. I highly recommend renting from them, and I would definitely book with them again. Thank you so much for making a stressful trip much easier!
