Had a great experience renting from Kyle! The vehicle was awesome, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Kyle was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend!

4.5 if I could. Kyle was really helpful and great at communicating. He even left us an umbrella for the rain. Everything was in good working order except there was some kind of residue on the floormats that left a stain on my backpack. Great trip! We would love to come back and would use Kyle again.

Thanks for letting me know, and I’m really sorry about that. I definitely don’t want anything like that getting on your backpack or belongings. I honestly have no idea what it could have been, especially since I didn’t notice anything like that when I had the vehicle.
I appreciate you pointing it out. I’ll take a close look at the mat and make sure it gets thoroughly cleaned and checked before the next trip. I’ll also see if I can figure out what may have caused the residue

The trip was canceled one day before pickup because, based on my communication with the customer, I became concerned that they may not be comfortable or able to operate the vehicle safely. As the host, I felt it was my responsibility to prioritize safety and avoid putting the customer, the vehicle, or others on the road at unnecessary risk. Although the timing was unfortunate, I felt canceling was the responsible decision.
