I spent a lot of money with this company. It is usually a very good experience however they keep providing me with discount codes that DO NOT WORK. I spoke to a rep when I dropped off one of the vehicles and she told me she would issue me another one for 10%. Yet she sent another 5% one that did not work again. I called Turo and they said it’s nothing they can do about it because it was the host that issued the discount. Very disappointing
Really sorry if you could not apply your discount. We only are able to give you a discount at check out and how to apply it is not on us. it is on you how to apply but we are sure turo has specific directions how to apply it. as a host we are not in control other than to issue it. We have all our other Guest not having any problems using the discounts..
