Location was awesome. The car serves its purpose. My only complaint is the the usb port wouldn’t charge my phone. The connection with the radio was doing something wonky.

Cami, was a very good guest and I thank you for your booking. We sorry about your phone was not able to be charged using the USB port. I checked the USB port and it worked fine. Perhaps, the cable you used was defective or not compatible. All most of our cars comes with an 4 to 1 phone charger. I take note and we'll make sure that Genesis has a phone charger.
The was the best car rental experience ever! The car was clean and drove like new! So many features! Don’t let the age fool you! The hosts were the best though! Never had such good people who went above and beyond to make the experience flawless and enjoyable! They are truly amazing! We would not hesitate to rent from them again and would choose this car again! Communication was prompt and truly appreciated! You won’t be in better hands anywhere else! Ty so much for everything!!
