Communication is horrible and I don’t like ppl that try to get on up on ppl we all dealing with life Turo is made to simplify things won’t be dealing with him/her again I dealt with a guy under a woman’s name

As for getting over you took advantage of Turo non refundable discount, the day before your trip realized you booked the wrong dates and needs to cancle. So let me ask what does the word "Non refundable" means to you? You jumped on a discount but when faced with the reality of non refundable, it's my fault WOW. Take a.minute to read what you are committing to next time, not just look at the DISCOUNT.

Every thing was professional and on point and communication was excellent. The car was just what I needed. Easy to drive and great on gas and smelled so good! I Will recommend to all and I will always reach out to them when I'm in town.

nice quality car, charging issues at first but trip host fixed and i was able to continue driving as planned, Tanya and her people were very kind and willing to work with me
