They are great host! I will definitely be renting from them again. They are accepting off my car situation and allow me to rent the car for long periods of time

Where do I start when I first received the vehicle? It has damages already on it that I did not do which was fine with me. As long as they knew about it. The AC went out on the first day. It’s hot outside in Atlanta. I told the host and she asked me if I could take her vehicle too a shop that she knows somebody that can charge you to fix it or whatever but I wasn’t willing to do that because I had graduation and everything going on all weekend so it’s my graduation started on Friday and didn’t end until Sunday so that’s why I rented the vehicle. The car kept saying system malfunctioning. I reported that to her she said that it was just a sensor don’t worry about it. It picked up on speed when I wanted to I needed an alignment really bad. I was just grateful to have a car, but I brought the car back early due to all the issues I was going to extend it because she asked me that I wanted to extend the car which I was but due to all the issues I just couldn’t so I just returned the car and that’s all I have to say..

I apologize that the ac went out, I offered 2 solutions to the problem at hand, return and connect with another host, or we can have the ac addressed, you choose neither and kept the vehicle. Issues will arise at any random time, I have no control of that, but I can offer solutions. You opted not to accept a solution but complain.

That car has been in accidents. Don’t let the host tell you there are sensor issues. I had to put money into that vehicle and the host said she would reimburse me and never did, I have our conversations in Text. The A/C also went out and host never tried to make right with another vehicle knowing I have rented for a month.I had no choice to keep the vehicle because I couldn’t wait to be reimbursed at the time. I returned the car back 24hrs early and I have the messages back and forth with the host saying I would be reimbursed and yet to recieve anything. DO NOT RENT ANY OF THE VEHICLES ON THERE PROFILE! VERY DANGEROUS VEHICLES! I also have pictures from the beginning of trip to end to show.

Mam, let's be upfront with full details. You rented my vehicle for 30 days, the tire light came on after a week of you driving. How does that fall on the host? I offered to replace the tire you refused.
The ac works perfect, however you clearly stated that you did mot engage the system by pressing the know.
Our vehicles are not perfect, but there are maintained and reliable. As for guest not being able to use the functions, that's not my responsibility.

Car pick up easy... Just concerned about the gear shifts seems a little slow

RENTERS BEWARE!!! The car is not in the condition advertised. There are multiple dents dings and paint scratches. What appears to be rims are hubcaps secured by zip ties (so unsafe). The host is the worst host ever experienced on the app. The car was received covered in pollen (didn't even rinse off) the interior windshield had a film covering its entirety preventing clear view at night. Had to pull over during road trip to clean the windshield because my view was obstructed. There is some type of black upholstery tape on driver door armrest that is sticky could not rest arm there. Omg the smell. The smell of the inside of the car was as if a homeless chain smoker was living in it prior to dropoff. Went home to load up, had to spray the entire interior seats floor mats with an industrial strength deodorizer & let sit to dry as well as biy a car air freshener. Seriously the smell was horrible. After driv8ng about a quarter mile away from pickup I contacted the host with my displeasure the response was bring it back. I was on a traveling time frame, to cancel after pick up attempt to get refunded or transferred to another rental at a different location was more headache than I had time to deal with. I am glad our trip history is visible on the app so I would not make the mistake of renting a vehicle from this host ever again.
