Before I picked up the car owner contacted me about the car not being ready for the time I rented it for and he said the back light wasn’t working. That was a big inconvenience but I needed the car anyways. When I went to pick up the car there was not an exact location in a big parking lot so I wondered around for a little bit. We agreed to change the break light for him because I urgently needed the car. The car was filthy when we picked it up and had no gas. The back light could not be changed due to the screws being stripped. So I am assuming that that didn’t just happen so he knew the light needed to be changed before putting car up for rent. I wouldn’t rent that car again.

Before the trip, the guest contacted me after noticing that a brake light bulb may have burned out. I offered the option to cancel the reservation, or swap, but the guest chose to continue the trip. I also paid for a replacement bulb and recommended a nearby AutoZone, where installation is provided free of charge. The pickup location were provided in the listing and confirmed at pickup. Vehicle was returned below agreed fuel level.

I needed a vehicle fast. One that was reliable and could get me from point A to B. I needed an extension and the owner was willing to extend with no hesitation. He communicated well and with professionalism! This car was a blessing when I needed it most!! I was very satisfied! Thank you!!
