Pickup location was easy, communication wasn’t great he was 30 mins late for allowing me to get the car. The car definitely needs work, there’s tons of rattling and shaking. I only needed to use the car two times while I was renting it and if I had to drive more then I did I would have returned the car early for safety concerns. Also the car has tons of dents and dings and scratches that they leave out of their pictures which I felt was disengenous.

I’m sorry to hear that , when making your booking you were informed that if your trip would begin 10 am or earlier you’d be required to submit your driver license the day prior to starting the trip, however you failed to do so ,had you submitted as required , you’d have received the pickup info 1 hour in advance , as the car was parked the day before . You informed me that you were returning the vehicle early due reschedule flight to 6 am no due safety concerns. (This seems retaliatory.)
