Ken’s accord was efficient and comfortable. Communication was great until we arrived in Albany and we did not have details about where to find the car and drive it. We waited over 30 minutes for a response. Ken apologized and offered to pay tolls, which we did not incur. After this incident, everything was good. Be aware, in order to add your phone to CarPlay, you need to select ‘owner’ not ‘guest.’
