Car quaa1ity was excellent....a 10-year old Lexus in very nice condition. Bluetooth worked well. (No Android Auto or Apple Carplay yet in 2016.).
Shaz, our host, was most helpful. Our original car (much newer) had a recall, and he helped replace it with another of his. He also made the pickup and return easy for us. Very valuable given my current mobility challenges.
