Great customer Service but really think the car needs to be maintenance once you’re on the highway and reach a higher speed. Wouldn’t recommend doing long distance in this car until it’s fixed..

After reviewing the vehicle’s telemetry, I found that Vanessa drove at excessive speeds of approximately 75–85 mph. Driving at these speeds can cause vibration, place unnecessary stress on the vehicle, and create a serious safety risk. I also offered complimentary delivery as a courtesy, which required additional time and caused considerable inconvenience. Unfortunately, the vehicle and my courtesy were not treated with the level of care and respect I expected.
Absolutely fantastic rental experience! The Chevrolet Cruze was clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and drove smoothly. The vehicle was exactly as described and everything worked perfectly. The pickup and drop-off process was very easy and convenient. The host was extremely friendly, professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire trip. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely rent from this host again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
