The host was phenomenal! Great communication, extended my rental because I messed up when I booked. That was greatly appreciated. He did bring the car to the airport which was extremely helpful. However it was parked way in the back of the economy parking lot and it was extremely hot outside. So me walking all the way over there and then of course walking all the way back when I dropped it off in the dead of the heat with two things of luggage was awful. As far as the car goes, it was clean it looked nice on the outside but there was a really bad clunking noise. I don’t know what it was from, but it made me really leery of driving it.
