Very good car. Okubay explained the whole pictures process and was very nice.
The car runs great, I had no issue at all. I had it for a whole month.

The car itself was fine, and the rental experience was generally good. The only issue was around the early return and the extra charges that followed.
I arranged an early return in good faith and understood that it would not create an issue since the trip was already paid for and the host was getting the car back early. After the return, an additional early return-related charge/penalty was applied through Turo. I understand this may have been triggered by Turo’s system, but I would have appreciated more support from the host in clarifying or helping resolve the charge.
Overall, the car was fine, but the experience was disappointing because of how the extra charge issue was handled.
