Pickup process was a little uncoordinated but overall really good experience
Thank you for the feedback. I sincerely apologize for any communication delays & stress it caused during your pickup, especially after your car broke down. I'm an army wife +3hrs PA- East Coast from AZ so the 1hr notice *8pm) caught me outside of my operating hours. However, I take full responsibility for not coordinating more efficiently. Im updating my settings to ensure this does not happen again. I would love the chance to provide you a 5-star experience in the near future.
