The car is fun to drive specially on autopilot and comes with fast track/toll sticker “refer to photos” you can enjoy fast lane and avoid heavy traffic in LA Awesome 2020 Tesla model 3 “standard range plus” that offers immense luxury, safety, comfort and security. The car has 20 cameras and sensors that provide safety and security. The Car has beautiful midnight silver exterior and black leather interior. Should you plan for longer trips, I can Lao provide you access to glovebox which can be locked and secure your personal belongings. It takes 20 minutes to charge 80% of the battery which can go for 200 miles. The supercharge is not very expensive, $10-12 for 80% of charge. You will definitely enjoy the experience of autopilot that is very highly recommended specially during longer trips.

  • How to charge the car open and close charge port/door

    You can open the charge door by pressing charge door open on screen “inside the car” Once the charge completes, just gently unplug the cord and charge door will automatically close “please don’t push the door manually” it closes automatically within few seconds or once you press on the brakes 👍

  • How do I navigate from one location to another?

    The user friendly Navigation option is on the top of the screen, just put your desired location and the car will automatically tell you where to stop next for charging. For example: You're going to San Francisco from LAX Put your location and GPS/Navigation will tell you where is your next stop for charging. It’s amazing - thanks to Artificial Intelligence 😁

I wish I can choose negative 5 stars but I cant. Where to start, the car was given with body damages & the steering wheel was making noise. The interior had many cigarette burn marks & smelled terrible. Then after one day of driving it the 12v battery dies. I called him to let him know about the issue & suggested we pay for a new battery….. the audacity of him! The screen clearly states maintenance has not been done. He becomes verbally abusive! I called my friend who works for Tesla as a electrical engineer & let’s us know that for having 80k miles the car hasn’t been taken in for service nor has replaced the 12v battery & only the owner of the vehicle can schedule through the Tesla app. We called a tow truck to pick up a garbage of a vehicle & then tried to blame the damages on us. He claimed we never charged it when we have proof of charging it and no damages were done. Terrible experience & horrible customer service from him. Thank goodness for Turo customer service that helped us !

We rented this Tesla model for our stay in California recently and this rental has only gone downhill. Please read all of the reviews before booking but let me explain my experience.
The driver was very nice very informative we even tipped him due to how nice he was and how he explained everything in the car how it works etc. we have rented teslas before so we knew how it worked but every car is different so it was appreciated! They will try and upscale sone things in the car so be aware of that but we did not mind it.
First when we received the car it does state in the description that the car does have bumps, dents and cracks which are all true but I don’t think it’s in the best condition to be driving. Starting off the the cracks that are large and on the ceiling and then there was a crack that looks like it came from a rock hitting the windshield in the bottom corner that had been there and the tires also has do not look like they’ve been changed inna while and the actual tire had slots in it yes slits any pot hole we hit that tire would’ve been GONE or busted on the highway. The battery was alright it died pretty quickly in my opinion we’ve rented teslas before and it usually took us about 2-3 days before we would have to charge where we charged this car every day literally but the good news is if you find a Tesla supercharger you can charge at no cost to go to those!
On our last couple of nights there we left the car parked in our gated parking lot and the next morning was very hot it was around 99-101 degree and the windshield crack we mentioned grew into a larger crack from the heat and we did instantly inform him because when we spoke to the driver that works for the company he insured they knew of every crack. We then informed him and he tell us to have our insurance pay for it since it has to be paid for which I agree it has to be paid for but why on the consumers part of this is something that is bound to occur if you have a cracker car that’s all over and yes we have videos literally so I advise you take your own personal videos of your vehicles and all the imperfections Thank God we did. So we began speaking to him and said we shouldn’t be held responsible since this was bound to happen he agreed it was bound to happen and that heat and crack always grow which is common sense in his words.. I would understand if this was a damage we accidentally put on the car then I would have no problem going forth with payments to fix but this was bound to happen and I assumed that we would know that as any car person would. The car isn’t in bad condition for an owner to drive but to rent out to people knowing these things can occur then force them to pay for something you knew could happen isn’t right to me. Anyways after speaking to him he then asks us the morning we return the car when we message him about charging the car he completely ignored my question and asks me how was the experience and if I will leave him a bad review due to what happened with the car. I stated that now wouldn’t be the best time to discuss that since we were trying to rush to get there because traffic built up on us last minute. We still had questions to ask him about the charging and us possible being late but after him literally ringing our phone down asking questions and if we didn’t respond he would write “?” “?” Until we responded he suddenly seemed to have disappeared when we had questions and didn’t answer until I did the same thing he did it took about 40 minutes tho all he cared was for a great review for his car… I don’t understand how we can give a honest great review if you’re making us pay for a mistake that you knew could happen and still allowed us to drive that car… he seems to only care for reviews as during all of this that’s what he constantly bothered us for… I al not hard to please and never will hesitate to leave a great review if deserved but be careful when booking and check the car out in its entirety and document your own proof of everything! I will not book with him or any of his cars again truthfully.
