The car broke down on the 3rd day of our 4 day rental

This was not a “breakdown.” The 2024 BMW was returned with both rear lower suspension arms physically broken in half. Damage this severe is not normal wear and is consistent with a significant impact. The vehicle was operating normally before the trip. No accident, pothole, curb strike, or other incident was reported, and no explanation was provided. The car was then left on the street in this damaged condition.
Amazing host and the car was amazing and a great experience!!!
