Car was as described. No issues during trip. Host communicated in a timely manner. Would definitely use again if back in the area.

The key FOB didn't work and we had issues with the headlights at night (not balanced so we were flashed a lot). Also had to add wiper fluid and wasn't compensated. Otherwise the trip went well and the car drove smoothly. Pickup and drop-off was easy. Would recommend a different vehicle though.

Car drives good, the body has a lot of dings so make sure you take plenty of pics. Gas tank isn’t fully secure. Don’t expect to arrive to a clean car. I literally had to clean the inside windows they were horrible. The car hadn’t been vacuumed at all. Someone on the lot moved the vehicle and let the windows down after I returned the car I received a call about the keys which turned into a search and frustration for us both. When he said I left the windows down I knew then someone had been in the vehicle after I returned it. He was irritated and so wa so at that point because I know how I left the vehicle and where I left the keys.

The car was clean on the inside, and communication was good, but the front the both front wheel wells had issues that caused noise during the trip. There were several blemishes on the car and chips on the windshield. The host offered to exchange the car, but I was on a schedule and didn't have time to make an exchange. My only feedback for this car or any car listed on Turo is that the pictures of a vehicle should be pictures of the vehicle in it's current condition. When a customer is reserves a vehicle and it's not in the same condition as the pictures it feels a little deceptive. I'm not saying that tis was the host's intent, but this seems common place for Turo in general.
